The workshop covers topics such as e-science, disruptive computing, applications of HPC and advanced computing, quantum computing, large-scale and collaborative computing architectures, data science, and HPC trends specific to the Latin America and Caribbean region but this year, we invited people of all the world that propose an impact and collaboration with our area. While the focus is on Latin America, contributions on other topics such as education, HPC\/AI applications, Green HPC, applied HPC (smart cities, agriculture, social, cultural, healthcare, climate exchange, security), quantum computing, non-von Neumann architectures,&nbsp; advanced storage and networks for HPC and AI, Computing Continuum and related fields are also welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Submission Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Submissions for full papers must be unpublished and not under review elsewhere.<br>Length:&nbsp;8-15 pages<br>Language:&nbsp;English (Official language of the CARLA Conference)&nbsp;<br>Peer Review:&nbsp;Single-blind, reviewed by at least two experts<br>Proceedings:&nbsp;The selected papers will be published in the Latin American journal&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/revistas.usfq.edu.ec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Avances en Ciencias e Ingenier\u00eda (ACI)<\/a>. As a concrete example, the Fenicia project deploys micro data centers powered by a circular energy mix in smart urban environments. The talk also introduces YOUPI, a lightweight platform that enables distributed experimentation and resource sharing at the edge, and explains how it integrates into the SLICES-RI Research Infrastructure. The SLICES-RI model supports reproducible research and large-scale experimentation across diverse environments.
