Posteriormente realic\u00e9 mi postdoctorado en Glasgow, Escocia. Trabaj\u00e9 en Yahoo! Research Latin America. Me he dedicado a la academia universitaria desde entonces, combinando los conocimientos de inform\u00e1tica aplicados al \u00e1rea de miner\u00eda. Mis \u00e1reas de investigaci\u00f3n incluyen Simulaci\u00f3n de sistemas complejos. Tengo numerosas publicaciones en congresos, revistas. Direcci\u00f3n de estudiantes de grado y posgrado (magister y doctorandos) y direcci\u00f3n de proyectos. Tengo una amplia red de colaboraciones con investigadores de diferentes partes del mundo.
