Two years later he joined the SCT where he participates in the installation of the Private Network for the Mexican government and as head of the General Coordination of International Affairs becomes the main negotiator of regulatory matters for the Secretariat.<\/p><p>Prior to her appointment at the SCT, she worked as Coordinator of International Affairs at the University Corporation for Internet Development, A.C.
